Distillery Tour

Minimum capacity: not required
Visit our MCM distillery and learn how Smidgin is made. We will explain how we make Europe's best gin and you will taste three pure gins (Smidgin Classic, Smidgin Velvet, and Smidgin Orient). This tour will last for one hour. Besides the gin tasting, the tour includes serving one gin-tonic.
The tour is also available in English and Serbian language.

Smidgin Experience

Begin with a tour of our MCM distillery and learn how Smidgin is made. During the tour, you will have an opportunity to taste 3 pure gins (Smidgin Classic, Smidgin Velvet, and Smidgin Orient).
After the tour, you will be served one 'perfect serve' and 2 cocktails with Velvet and Orient made by our mixologist and brand ambassador.
Besides Macedonian, the tour is also available in English and Serbian language.

Gin Making Class
Duration: 3h
Availability: Earliest booking 10am, latest booking 6pm
Minimum capacity: 2 people
The gin-making class tour includes:
- Gin & Tonic on arrival
- Short educational history of distilling and our processes.
- Tutorial on the botanicals
- Tutorial on distilling in a mini pot still
- 700ml bottle of your custom-distilled gin
At the beginning of the tour, you will be greeted with a lovely G&T. We’ll then show you around, give you a little taste of our gins, and talk you through what goes into them. Then, we’ll get on to making your gin, giving you guidance on the process, what botanicals to use, and how much you need.
You’ll pick and weigh your botanicals, add them to the still, and, after distillation, help with testing and cutting.
Then you just need to label, and it’s ready to take home
If you provide us with your names, we can prepare a custom-made label with your name on it (or whatever you choose).
The entire session will last approximately three hours.
